The bigelow brand shave cream is an excellent shaving cream to use for wet shaving. It contains eucalyptus oil in the cream that gives it a great smell and has a great cooling affect on the skin when applied. It lathers up well with a shave brush and can be applied without a brush. After your done shaving rinse your face with cool water and you can feel the eucalyptus oil come alive on your face cooling it off and your face feels really nice. I have shaved with this cream regularly and it gives me a nice close shave with my razor. If your not willing to give up the triple or quad blade shaver, this would still be worth using its better for the skin then most spray can products and would provide a nice close shave. You can find this at bath and body works now, or can order it from the C.O. Bigelow website. It is reasonably priced and is well worth the money. It's some thing that I always have on hand to shave with and I think you will to if you give it a try.
Have a great day and a great shave!

A BETTER WAY
In todays fast paced world of computers, iPods, and smart phones men are doing everything quickly and multi tasking more than ever. The ritual of the morning shave is now looked at like a chore to be accomplished quickly and just good enough to get through the day. The morning shave doesn't have to be looked at like a repetitive drudging task, it can be looked at as a morning pleasure. The way our grandfathers and most of our fathers started shaving was with a double edged safety razor or for some the straight razor. The double, triple, and quad blade shavers wont be on your bathroom counter anymore after you shave once with a double edged razor or learn the art of the straight razor. That is what this blog will be all about i will be posting some reviews of shaving creams, razors, and all things vintage shaving. I hope you will find this blog helpful and maybe you will wanna switch to old school way of shaving.
